Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of AceCare's website, services, and telehealth platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AceCare Health Services' website, scheduling a consultation, or engaging any of our home health, staffing, or telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services we provide

AceCare provides in-home nursing and personal care, healthcare staffing for facilities and families, and telehealth consultations through our licensed clinical team. All clinical services are delivered by credentialed professionals licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia as applicable.

Telehealth visits are not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or request services. Care for minors must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to verify identity and eligibility before initiating care.

4. Patient responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information, disclose all medications and relevant history, follow the care plan developed by your clinician, and treat our staff with respect. Deliberately false information may result in service termination.

5. Payment and insurance

Fees for services are disclosed before care begins. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial insurers where applicable. You are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or non-covered services as determined by your plan.

6. Cancellation

Scheduled visits may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as disclosed in your care agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, text, imagery, logos, and the AceCare name, is owned by AceCare Health Services and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceCare's liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
